For ca. 4 servings:
boil 1 above medium size broccoli bouquet and 2 medium size carrots in slightly oiled and salted water for 3 to 5 min
cut boiled vegetables into small pieces and put them into a oven safe form, mix in 20 peeled and cleaned shrimps
optional ingredient: chestnut. boil chestnuts for 15 to 20 min, cool them down, peel them, break them into small pieces, mix with the vegetables and shrimps
add into mix salt, pepper, vegetable oil (til everything looks shinny but not floating in oil) and dill/rosemary/thyme (optional ingredient: capers, sun-dried tomatoes, paprika)
drizzle some grated cheese on the top, then bake in 200C preheated oven for ca. 15 min til cheese become nicely melted
serve with basic couscous and plum relish
