Prosciutto Feta Chicken Rolls

Thick chicken breasts with just white meat can sometimes be boring and difficult to get enough tastes. Making a roll together with Prosciutto and Feta cheese will make this easy protein into an interesting dish.


  1. Cut the breast open into a big flat piece with even thickness. Be careful to keep the breast as one whole piece. Drizzle firstly some minced rosemary, then put the Prosciutto, crumbled Feta and then some more minced rosemary before you roll it up together. Use a cooking cable to tie it up. Then on the surface rub salt and pepper.
  2. In a frying pan quickly golden the outsides.
  3. If you used a pan that can go straight into the oven, then put it straight into 190C preheated oven with the lid on. Otherwise, you can use a ceramic form like I do, just remember to preheat the form too when you turn on the oven and use a lid from other pots as cover for the form.
  4. Let the chicken bake for ca.30 min. For the last minutes you can turn the heat up a bit and let the roll bake without the cover so that it gets a bit more crisp on the outside. The baking time varies depending on how thick the roll is. Check the chicken before serving!
