Carrot Orange Soup

A simple soup that will refresh your day 🙂

Method

  1. Cut carrots and onion into chunks.
  2. Boil the vegetables with enough water to barely cover them for ca. 30min.
  3. Use a hand mixer to make a smooth mush. Add water or boil with lid open to get preferred thickness.
  4. Add orange juice and the spices, as well as salt to taste.

Decorated with clover flowers, the soup can be served warm or cold, or even with an ice-cube as a refreshing drink.
