A simple soup that will refresh your day 🙂
- Cut carrots and onion into chunks.
- Boil the vegetables with enough water to barely cover them for ca. 30min.
- Use a hand mixer to make a smooth mush. Add water or boil with lid open to get preferred thickness.
- Add orange juice and the spices, as well as salt to taste.
Decorated with clover flowers, the soup can be served warm or cold, or even with an ice-cube as a refreshing drink.
