For 4 small pies:
peel 1/2 apple and 1/2 pear, take away the stones, cut them into slices and put them into a bowl with lemon juice, slightly mix so that every piece is wrapped in lemon juice, set aside
cut each of 3 filo dough (filo dough for spring rolls) into 4 equally sized squares, layer 3 squares on top of each other (each one slightly tilted to different angle), spread some butter in between each layer, press them down into 1 muffin place, repeat the same for the 3 other pies
put the fruit pieces into each pie form til properly filled, you can also shape the top of pie forms slightly inwards
mix some clementine marmalade with little bit of lemon juice or apple juice, brush the fruit slices with it (if you brush it on the filo dough, filo dough will become brown like on the picture), then bake them in a 200C preheated oven for 12-15 min
drizzle some cinnamon and/or melis on top before serving, the pies can be served warm or cold, they can also be served with ice cream or fresh cream or fruit sauce
