Southerner’s Flammkuchen

For 2-3 people:

take the dough out and roll the base as thin as possible, put the base onto a oven plate with baking paper, cover the dough with tomato purée (pre-mix the purée with 1 tbs of cream, a pinch of cinnamon, salt and pepper to taste), then put on desired amount of cured beef (Tyrolean is a good choice), snack paprika rings and grated cheese.

bake the flammkuchen in 250C preheated oven for around 20min (until the cheese becomes slightly golden)

decorate the flammkuchen at the end with Rucola, red grapes (in half) and sun-dried tomatoes (in stripes).
